Blessings

Blessings come in many ways. I go into how recornizing blessings is similar to  practicing gratitude.  I also share how you can do a blessing on your home, or a pet, at a wedding, etc. I base these blessings on the Hawaiian tradition. I find doing blessings is very much like doung reiki. You connect to the highest light and bring it through you to share. I include a song I wrote called Blessings
